Event IT has worked for several years with 30 film clubs, including Aarhus Børnefilm, Herning Skolebio and Esbjerg Skolebio, all of which are members of DaBUF, the national organisation for Danish children's and youth film clubs.

For the national organisation, Event IT can pull data and statistics from the system at an overall level across all 30 local film clubs that use it. That saves DaBUF from having to contact each club individually.

Danske Ølentusiaster
Every year Danske Ølentusiaster gathers around 12,000 beer-loving guests for a beer festival. Where the volunteer-run association previously used several different suppliers to run the festival, today they have brought it all together in a complete all-in-one solution from Event IT.
That frees up resources for the volunteer beer enthusiasts and gives guests a smooth, enjoyable experience.
When we set out to gather our supplier portfolio under one roof, the choice fell on Event IT, because we have always experienced a high level of service and a good dialogue with them. And their solutions simply work. That makes it easy for us – to make it easy for our customers. For example by being able to offer festival guests a digital exhibitor guide that is easy to access during the festival. User-friendly registration
To give guests a good experience, it has to be easy to buy an entry ticket, call support, get through access control, buy food and, of course, taste beer. We solve that by building a user-friendly solution where tasting tokens and restaurant seatings, among other things, can be added during the ticket purchase. And support is of course always ready to help festival guests through the process.
Less administration, more time
Besides an all-in-one solution that makes things easy for festival guests, partners and exhibitors alike, Danske Ølentusiaster has saved a great many hours and a lot of energy by avoiding manual stand booking, emails and phone calls in the run-up to the festival.
Stands and equipment
It has to be easy for the festival's roughly 80 exhibitors to book a brewery stand, handle the deposit payment and order equipment. That is why this is part of our all-in-one solution too. As a bonus, together with Udstillerguide.dk we deliver a digital exhibitor guide that guests can look up on their phones during the festival.
Selected ticket types
Danske Ølentusiaster offers its various partners separate entry tickets. Our solution accommodates that by creating different ticket types that are only available to the partners' customers and members.
