Are you an attendee or an end customer?

If you have questions about a specific event – for example about registration, tickets, refunds, the programme or how it runs – please contact the organiser directly.

Do you not recognise a payment?

If you have bought a ticket or registered for an event, Event IT may appear on your bank statement. That is because the payment is processed through our payment agreement on behalf of the organiser. If you have questions about a charge on your account, you can read more here.
