Important: If an old preselection link is not redirected correctly, the preselections can be lost without the participant necessarily seeing an error message.
What you need to do
- Find the places where you have shared preselection links – for example on your website, in emails and in printed material.
- Copy the new links from the organiser system and replace the old ones.
- Open each new link and check that the right activities or other choices are still selected.
