What will the customer notice?
Wherever possible, we redirect old links to the new address until 1 December 2026. Some links and features do, however, require you to make changes yourself. You will find more information in the boxes below.
What you should not change
Do not change links in tickets, confirmations or QR codes. The same goes for links in invitations and emails that have already been sent from the system.

Use the list below to see whether you need to take action. If you are unsure, you are always welcome to contact us.
Outgoing links on your own website
Buttons, menu items and text links pointing to event.it keep working during the transition period, but must be updated before 1 December 2026.
Preselection links
If you link directly to choices inside a registration, for example single packages or a specific participant type, the link must be updated.
Integrations and technical set-ups
If you use an iframe, the API, SSO, OAuth2, webhooks, firewall rules or stored addresses, you need to review your set-up. Integrations are not redirected — they must be moved before 28 September 2026.
Sign-in and bookmarks
All administrators have to sign in again when the domain changes. Remember to update your bookmarks.
