Royal Unibrew
Royal Unibrew has a tailor-made setup from Event IT, used to book and distribute sponsor tickets for some of the largest concerts and events in Denmark, including at Royal Arena and Bremen.
Royal Unibrew uses the feature to allocate the sponsor tickets. Sales staff request tickets in different categories and fill in the information Royal Unibrew needs. All requests are then reviewed and either approved, rejected or adjusted. That gives a complete overview of all ticket requests, while all the data is gathered for subsequent reporting and accounting.

Dashboard
The dashboard gives Royal Unibrew's sales staff an overview of their orders and the status of approved and rejected applications. The dashboard also makes it possible to see the time of each event, download the ticket and edit the registration.
Hørkram
Hørkram, one of Denmark's largest food and catering wholesalers, has used Event IT's system since 2022. For their most recent trade fair, Event IT delivered a special, greener detail for the event in the form of plantable name badges.

Plantable name badges
At Hørkram's most recent trade fair, guests got to take a small part of the event home with them in the form of a name badge made of paper and seeds. After the event the seeds are planted and grow into the loveliest flowers. A branding detail that leaves an impression on guests.
SMS notifications
For the trade fair, Hørkram used the feature that assigns guests a contact person who automatically receives an SMS notification when that guest's ticket is scanned on arrival. The feature makes sure the right people are notified at the right time.
